EDGEWATER is a beautiful beachfront apartment situated in Fitts Village, along Barbados’ platinum West coast. The property is divided into two apartments. The ground floor apartment is available for rent and has its own dedicated entrance, which enters through a large arched doorway into a private, partially covered courtyard. A refreshing pool for your exclusive use, with built in seating gleams amongst the lush cascade of Bougainvillea and foliage. A perfect place to sunbath on the loungers, whilst sipping our local homemade rum punch. From there you enter through an airy atrium with an abundance of natural light into the indoor sitting area with a comfortable sectional couch and TV. From here spectacular views of the ocean can be enjoyed, whilst watching catamarans sail by, or just simply enjoy the sun set. There is great snorkeling on an exquisite reef just in front of the house where turtles can be spotted daily. This open planned apartment features 2 AC bedrooms, a large full bathroom, a half bathroom, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable indoor sitting and a laundry room. LOCATION: The property is a 5 minute walk to Fitts Village, a lovely fishing village where you will find a supermarket and local shops. For those of you who won’t have your own transport we are located on the main bus route to both Bridgetown, Speightstown and Holetown . For the golf enthusiasts golf is available at The Sandy Lane and Westmoreland clubs which is within a 10 minute drive. Nearby Holetown, offers a lovely selection of ocean front restaurants and both high end and local shops. The famous Cliff, QP Bistro, Il Tiempo, Wendys sports bar, Cariba restaurants are less than half mile away. Note: All linen including bath & beach towels are provided.
