From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South. Town: Llanrwst is a market town which stands in the Conwy Valley, only four miles from Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales's most popular inland resort. Surrounded by woodland and mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. Most famous of all are the Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. We stayed here for 2 weeks straight after Wales "re-opened" and had a very relaxing and enjoyable break. The house is well laid out, with a cosy sitting room giving views out through the French doors across the fields, near hills and Snowdonia National Park...More

Currently still here. The reply to my questions from Sykes are very poor and has taken days not hours. While the property is fine... there are a few issues that are not mentioned by Sykes Cottages. Access us on a dangerous blind S bend. There...More
