Saundersfoot village itself boasts many delightful beach front cafes and shops, restaurants and traditional pubs. The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes right through Saundersfoot village and, during low tide, much of the coast path can be walked along the beach. There are many activities and attractions nearby including Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and Heatherton World of Activities and the historic sea-side town of Tenby is just a short drive away. This self-catering cottage enters into the hallway and leads through to the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen which boasts a large breakfast bar and provides the perfect space for friends and family to gather. The stylish kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, grill and fridge freezer and a door leads off to the utility room which is further equipped with a washing machine. Another door off the kitchen conveniently opens into the dining room which offers plenty of space for 12 guests to dine together. Comfortable sofa seating is located around the large flat-screen TV and French doors lead out to the peaceful terrace and garden which provides a lovely sun-trap during the summer months and benefits from outdoor Rattan sofa seating, dining table and chairs and gas BBQ. The main feature of the garden is, of course, the bubbling hot tub which offers the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring the Pembrokeshire coast! A 'snug' lounge is located off the dining room and this room offers a peaceful retreat with sofa seating around the cosy log burner and flat screen TV. Also on the ground floor is the spacious shower room with large walk-in shower wc and whb. From the hallway, stairs lead up to the beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with large walk in shower, wc and whb. The windows in this bedroom look out over the garden and offer distant but beautiful views over the wonderful Pembrokeshire coast. Two further bedrooms offer king-size double beds with one of these bedrooms additionally furnished with a chaise longue which pulls out into an extra bed for one person. There is also a fourth double bedroom, one twin and one bedroom sleeping two guests in a bunkbed. The family bathroom has a stand-alone bath and a separate walk-in shower, wc and whb. This beautiful holiday home is decorated, equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard throughout and further benefits include central heating, WiFi and Netflix. Outside there is parking for up to three cars. Mid-week and weekend breaks available Nov-March inclusive (or where there is late availability). Well behaved dogs welcome. Please ensure that they are kept downstairs at all times and only left in the property unattended if in a crate. Please note that a returnable good housekeeping and damage deposit of £200.00 is required (£400 for non family group bookings). This is payable along with the balance payment 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and is returnable within 7 days at the end of your holiday, upon request. Check in is from 4pm. Friday changeover day.More
