Stanley House is situated close to Paignton Harbour and within walking distance of the very popular south west coastal path.
With twenty years experience, we offer holiday accommodation in our self contained, modern and well equipped apartments. We have four apartments arranged on the first and second floor only.
Flat Two is on the second floor.(please note accessed via an internal stair case)
This flat has two double bedrooms with over head ceiling fans.
The second double has an en suite toilet and wash hand basin.
A family wet room with an electric shower and toilet.
The open plan aspect of this accommodation combines a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, ceramic hob and fan oven, fridge and microwave. As with all our flats it's very well equipped with all you will need to self cater for you and your family.

We aim to have your accommodation ready by 2.30pm on the day of your arrival. Please park in any one of the designated parking areas in our private car park (one space is allocated per flat. If you have any additional vehicles these must be parked on the road adjacent to the property.) We will meet you at the house with your keys or we can leave them for your collection in the key safe if you are likely to be late getting here. Once your booking is complete and payment is confirmed we will exchange contact details.

About the neighbourhood
Stanley House is on a residential road connecting Paignton Harbour to Roundham Gardens and the cliff path.
The South West Coastal Path will take you to Brixham via Goodrington and Broadsands.
Go in the opposite direction down Cliff Road and follow the coastal route to Torquay across Paignton and Preston beach.
Paignton has a small town centre with a good selection of grocery shops, a mult icomplex cinema, restaurants and pubs.
On Paignton seafront there is a large outdoor activity park and picnic area on the green excellent for children . (no dogs allowed on the beach May to October)
Goodrington beach is divided into two parts North sands (dog friendly all year round) and South sands (dog free during May to October)
Getting around
Torbay in general has good public transport links. Paignton train and bus station are very close together. Boat trips run daily offering ferry services to Torquay and Brixham.
Whilst it is possible to get around easily this way a car is recommended to explore the lovely areas outside of the bay such as Dartmoor, Totnes and Dartmouth.

Ferry: Plymouth : 43.0 km
From the A380 take South Devon highway to Paignton and follow the signs for sea front and harbour (B3201)
Turn left at the mini roundabout on Esplanade Rd into Roundham Rd. This will pass through the harbour area and you will see Cliff Rd on your first left after the harbour stores. Stanley House is on the right at the top of Cliff Rd.
If you miss it take the second left and you will approach Stanley House on your left this time travelling through Cliff Rd.
