About the neighbourhood
Fallbarrow Holiday Park - is a short walk from the centre of Bowness-on-Windermere. This 5 star location, set on the eastern shore of Windermere, enjoys a picturesque part woodland setting. It is arguably one of the nicest lakeside holiday parks in the UK. With the popular Bowness-on-Windermere on the doorstep, you can leave the car behind and enjoy the many fantastic pubs, restaurants, cafes and bars. From Bowness Pier, join one of the Windermere Lake Cruises for an unforgettable day out. At the heart of Fallbarrow Park are the clubhouse facilities which includes reception, bar, restaurant, shop and deli. Important note: Guests staying during January and February should note that the clubhouse will be closed and only reception will be open.

The A591 is about a 3-minute drive from Fallbarrow. Boat: Windermere Lake Cruises offer an idyllic way of getting to various shores. Their main pier is in Bowness-on-Windermere, a short walk (0.4 miles) from Fallbarrow.
