The newest addition to the Lempicka portfolio is Eastgate Cottage, a two bedroom refurbished turn of the century workman's cottage. It is located at '4 Eastgate' adjacent to the properties on Wednesday Market. The property has a large double bedroom, a single bedroom with a rollout trundle to convert into a double, a large yet cosy living room with walk through to a cheerful full kitchen leading to a luxurious bath and shower room.

Note that in keeping with workman's cottage of this era, the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are quite narrow. The cottage can sleep 4 people as is (2 in master bedroom, 2 in second bedroom) or 5-6 using the living room sofa bed. Small, steep stairs to bedrooms, freezer compartment door broken, tapped up, ice filled bottom. Sofa bed cushion damaged stuffing falling out, also found hairs and dirty on the bed and under it and a dirty cushion under it. Iron cord badly damaged. Electrics needing sorted...More

Beverley is located about 10 miles to the north of Hull and 30 miles east of York. The fine beaches of Bridlington and Hornsea are about a 20 minute drive northeast. Beverley itself is famed for it spectacular Beverley Minster founded in 700AD and is once of the largest parish churches in the UK.

Additionally Beverley is an historic market town which still thrives today on Saturdays and Wednesdays.
