A newly appointed bright and uncluttered apartment set in extensive gardens, giving you a relaxing space in a quiet complex - contemporary living with easy parking and a short walk (under 10 minutes) from the town centre.

A swimming pool/sauna (from 1/3 until 1/11) and extensive grounds are available for your use anytime!

The kingsized master bed has an en-suite shower room. There is a further single bedroom and bathroom with bath. A fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster etc. There is also a private patio garden and garage for easy bike storage/security.

Had a great stay at the apartment it was very comfortable and was not short of any thing, Great location for Beverley centre, which has a lot to offer including a great Saturday market and lots of places to eat.
