One double bedroom (11' 6' x 11' 3') with en-suite shower room and complementary guest bath robe; one twin bedroom (11' 3' x 9' 6'), one family bathroom with separate shower. Large coat cupboard in hallway storing put-you-up single bed (if you have 5 guests in your party this bed will be made up and put in the living room behind one of the sofas. If a child requires this bed, furniture can be rearranged in the master bedroom instead - please advise if this is necessary), travel cot for guests' use. Keys are made available for collection locally, with details given once full balance for your holiday is paid. Should you prefer to have keys handed over in person, please inform me when booking and that can easily be arranged. There is a welcome pack at the apartment giving details about appliances and things to do in the area. This also gives phone numbers should you have any queries, or find yourself locked out, and can also be emailed to you once the balance is paid, should you so wish. A selection of leaflets from the local Tourist Information Centre is also available to help you have an enjoyable stay.

What a lovely apartment this is - it is spacious, clean, very comfortable and just a few short minutes walk into town, with a nearby Spar shop just round the corner selling all you can need in terms of basics as well as chilled wine...More

About the neighbourhood
Next to the entrance to Portora Wharf is the 24 hour garage which also has a Spar supermarket with an off-licence. Enniskillen town centre is 5 minutes’ walk away, with the Erneside shopping centre approximately 10 minutes’ walk. Enniskillen town has banks, cafés, super food shops, department stores such as Dunnes and Houstons and smaller high street stores. The Erneside has larger department stores, plus a restaurant on the upper floor. Behind the Erneside Shopping Centre are a 24 hour Asda and Tesco. Enniskillen town centre is perfect for eating out and experiencing the craic. There are often street musicians in the Diamond (town square), and Blake’s pub is well worth a visit, with old seating and booths dating back hundreds of years.
Getting around
Ulster Bus and Bus Eireann can be found at the bus station should you prefer not to use your car. There are regular bus services to both Belfast and Dublin or to Donegal Town.
