Built in 1886 and renovated and refurbished to a very high standard, the accommodation provides 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 double (one with shower room) and one twin bedroom, sleeping up to 6 persons. In addition, there is a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with access to a shared garden. We have tried, wherever possible, to retain the original features of this building which dates from 1886. New double glazed conservation windows, solid oak floors, deep skirting boards in keeping with the character and period of the building, whilst giving our guests the benefits of all the usual mod-cons. Our self catering accommodation is situated next to Historic Scotland's Fort Charlotte, in the Shetland capital of Lerwick. Spacious and comfortable

Great location on the main street, lots of room and all the facilities you could need. Outdoor spiral stainrcase for access is quirky.

Very clean spacious 5⭐️ apartment

Stayed for 2 nights during the inter county. Very handy with shops, pubs, places to eat and harbour. Welcome pack from the lovely host Carina, Tea, coffee, milk etc. Decorated to a high standard, spotlessly clean very spacious apartment. Will definitely book again 🙂

Perfect!

Stayed here for five nights on a business trip to Shetland. Flat is spotlessly clean, spacious, decorated to a high standard, very comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. I wouldn't hesitate in booking again. Thanks again Carina!

Would that this were our home ...

Wow! We three "girls" were extremely impressed. We arrived in this beautifully appointed apartment to the warm welcome of the fridge and cupboards containing everything we needed to get us started, including milk, bread and eggs - with even a basket of goodies and chocolate...More

Wonderful from start to finish

I was one of Steve's party that stayed in the upper apartment . We was made very welcome by Carina and her daughter tea coffee milk and sugar scones waiting for us lovely touch Shetlands a lovely place to visit locals lovely and very helpful...More

Very well situated in a good state of cleanliness.

Plenty of room. Very clean. Central location in Lerwick (just down the rod from all the Up Helly Aa action. The only imperfection is that there is only one toilet for six people. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for exploring mainland Shetland.

Wonderful apartment. Only one caveat, the second "bathroom" has a sink and shower, but no toilet. Catrina was great and made our arrival and departure easy. Shetland was great.
