There is flexibility on check-in as the same approach doesn't suit all. I can either meet you to hand over the keys and show you in or there is an option self-check in if preferred or if arrival will be very late. The flat contains a folder with welcome information.

My partner and I spent a long weekend here whilst attending a wedding at the Dunkeld hilton, which is very near by. The flat was very nice, clean and tastefully furnished. We felt completely at home in it and we're made to feel very welcome by the owners who made sure there was some bread, butter, milk and some tea...

We stay in the apartment for a long weekend. The apartment is in a great location and fully equipped, clean and with plenty of towels, toiletries. No problems finding parking space either. Getting around
There are lots of walks and amenities on the doorstep but if you want to venture further afield a car might be useful. There is however public transport links close by, the bus stop on the same street at the apartment and with regular journeys to Perth or Aberfeldy. There is also the train station a mile away which stops in Perth and has direct trains to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness

Railway: Dunkeld & Birnam: 1.5 km
Dunkeld is situated 12 miles North of Perth on the A9 towards Inverness. It still next to the small village of Birnam, separated by the River Tay. As you come into Dunkeld and over the Telford Bridge, pass the square and you will find the apartment on your right (above the shops Kettles and Naked Sheep).
If using public transport a bus from Perth or Aberfeldy stops on Atholl Street and the Dunkeld and Birnam Train Station is a 20 minute walk away (about a mile distance).
The closest airports are Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow or a bit further ways but still an option Inverness or Aberdeen.
