Coach House is a very cosy cottage with a beamed ceiling and in the lounge and is furnished to a high standard, with a comfortable sofa and two arm chairs. The cottage is centrally heated and all the windows have wooden plantation shutters. A few stairs lead to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with all you need for your self catering holiday. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, the main one has twin beds which if requested, can be linked to form a 6ft Super King size bed. There is a second bedroom with a 4ft double bed and a separate shared shower room and WC. This cottage also has it’s own private deck and outside entertainment area. This cottage is available Friday to Friday

Easy walking distance to beach, shops, theatre, restaurants etc. Very good bus service. Cottages spotless, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Selwyn and Geoff excellent hosts.

We stayed in the Coach House and thoroughly enjoyed the location and the gardens. Everything was thought of down to the last detail. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. We shall definitely be returning again.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday with all the home comforts you could wish for. The location is perfect for walking into the beautiful town of Sidmouth. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners Geoff and Selwyn

Lovely cottage fully equipped in the Regency town of Sidmouth. Comfy beds, quality linen and towels and beautifully maintained communal gardens with private patio area. We have been before and will visit again.
