We pride ourselves in providing good quality clean accommodation. All linen and white fluffy towels professional laundered are provided incl beach towels. Well behaved small dog and children are welcome. BUT we ask the holiday house to be returned in the same condition as given.

A lovely home in a great location. Martin and Suzanne are very friendly and have thought of everything to make our stay a real home from home. The house has a lovely view and is in walking distance of the Quay with all its amenities.

The house is so well organised with signs to help you and everything is easy to work such as the oven and the shower and the owners are so obliging

Thank you for your review. Purchasing a laminator initially seemed something we would use little. But has gone to good use in laminating details of beaches, as well as info like 'Quick washing machine instructions'. We hope you will return to Baiter-holidays

About the neighbourhood
The house is ideally located just 8 min level stroll to Poole Quay centre and Poole shopping centre, incl a Supermarket (Sainsbury's and Aldi). In the other direction 4 min stroll you are in Poole Park. Poole park being a lovely park covering more than 100 acres. The park offers a children's ice rink, two play areas, cricket pitches, watersports, crazy golf course, putting green and tennis courts, and outdoor gym equipment. There is also a cafe and recently built, contemporary waterside restaurant. The restaurant has a commanding view over the lake.Poole park also offered free wi-fi. Sandbanks is the nearest beach from the holiday house this being just 6.7Km away
Getting around
There is a bus stop right outside the holiday house. With Poole Bus station acting as a hub, you can get to any local attraction without having to use your car!
