WE ARE NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FROM 4TH JULY. --- Set in a very tranquil area, surrounded by gardens and birdsong, this charming period cottage has been completely furbished throughout to a high standard and includes a new kitchen and bathroom. There are two bedrooms to sleep up to 4 people, with a double bedroom, with a triple wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two single beds, so ideal for families or friends looking to an escape to the sea. There is a very relaxing atmosphere, with muted colours throughout and open plan downstairs, with lounge, dining area and kitchen....GREAT NEWS!! Please leave the property in good order.

Great Agency, so helpful. Accommodation, light bright , spacious. Central to walk everywhere. The dog and I had a wonderful stay. My husband came at weekends. The only criticism perhaps supply larger towels. All mod cons flat has been recently updated. Well worth a visit.

Great location and very comfortable accommodation, with very easy walking access to the beautiful South Downs and Eastbourne centre with access to lots of restaurants and pubs. We’ll visit again !!!
