This area is unique in that it is the only cluster of townhouses within Quinta da Encosta Velha that has its own dedicated communal pool. The area is gated to ensure it maintains its exclusivity, provides privacy for guests and offers a safe area for children to play. Family holidays, golfing holidays, couples, walking holidays or just peace and quiet. Casa Encosta III is a must for a totally relaxing break............. Smoking is not permitted in the villa and pets are not allowed. A safe is provided. Air conditioned throughout, FREE WIFI. Casa Encosta III has been issued with an 'Alojamento Local', a license required by law for all rentals, and issued by the authorities in Portugal which certifies that the property meets the legal standard in respect of safety, comfort and hygiene. Registration number 3180/AL. Casa Encosta III is situated on two levels so may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties. We are unable to provide stairgates in the property.
