Ideal for a group of friends or family, you are sure to be happy with whichever of the three king size bedrooms you select. Each has a balcony with ocean view, walk-in closets, safes and their own en suite bathrooms with double vanities and oversized showers. Wake up refreshed in the villa’s Heavenly® Beds complete with luxurious linens and pillows. One bedroom also features a sleeper sofa and two rooms have desks. All bedrooms and bathrooms have 110v/220v 60Hz outlets with USB connections. As of Jan 2025, an additional 4th bedroom will be located about 50 yards from the main villa in a charming 800 sf guest house with and inviting layout including a new modern, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and living room with smart TV. The stylish, redesigned bathroom features an oversized shower. The new furniture also mirrors the main villa's modern coastal aesthetic and the queen size bedroom includes the same Heavenly® Bed and luxury linens along with a smart TV. The covered front porch offers 2 lounge chairs with ottoman and a bistro table with chairs. The private backyard sundeck has scenic water views and is outfitted with an umbrella and chaise lounges. This will be perfect for a couple wanting privacy or a nanny. One of the main attractions of Villa Joie de Vivre is its direct access to the very peaceful and secluded Baie Rouge beach. The villa is perfect for those who want to be right on the beach yet have panoramic views and complete privacy. Guests can snorkel in the calm waters or sunbathe on the provided chaise lounges, then slip back through their private locked gate to relax in the hot tub. The property’s other centerpiece is the pool deck with its 18’ x 35’ heated salt water pool, lined by double sunbeds, a shaded gazebo lounge, BBQ area with fridge and bathroom. Guests can stay connected with the Villa Joie de Vivre’s interior and exterior high speed wireless internet, relax to music via the zoned Sonos speaker system throughout or binge their favorite show on smart TVs provided in the kitchen, living room and all bedrooms. About the neighbourhood

Terres Basses, the "French Lowlands" of St Martin, is a prestigious guard gated residential community located on the far eastern Leeward side of the island just north of the Dutch border. It is the most exclusive neighborhood on island as these villas all sit on huge 2 to 7 acre lots making them very lush, private and quiet... and yet they are conveniently located within 10 minutes to Marigot with its high end boutique shopping and fine restaurants, or, 10 minutes in the other direction to the Dutch side Casinos and night life in Maho, passing Cupecoy along the way. The Lowlands are surrounded by three of the most pristine beaches on the island, Baie Longue, Plum Baie, and Baie Rouge, from which every villa is only a 2 to 5-minute drive.

Getting around

Most St Martin travelers rent a car during their stay. Our preferred rental car agency is Dollar/ Thrifty. You can arrange to pick up your car at the airport or even have it delivered to your villa for free if you reservation includes a transfer. Renting a car gives you the convenience of moving about the island on your schedule. Taxies are readily available at the airport and for short trips.
