I want my guests to have every service they could wish for. That is why I also provide 2 Austrian mobile phones for each apartment so my guest can avoid expensive roaming charges during the stay. In addition: all phones calls made within Austria are free of charge!!
The apartment has high speed wireless internet (WLAN) and if you do not want to bring your own computer, there is a laptop available in the apartment to access internet.
This particular apartment consists of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms sleeping 4 in total, bathroom with shower and a separate WC. It is modern, fully furnished and equipped with a big flat screen TV, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, iron, iron board, hair-dryer etc.

Excellent, comfortable and well equipment apartment. Well located.
We stayed in this apartment last Aug and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The amazingly well equipped and comfortable apartment is located in an older apartment block which only added to the atmosphere. Slightly out of the centre but very well positioned for public transport, underground, trains and buses. No need for a car - once we unpacked our luggage we parked in a long stay car park not far away and did not use the car again until we left for the next part of our holiday.
Ingela, the owner, was very helpful and always contactable as and when we needed her. My teenage daughter left her favourite tee shirt and Ingela promptly posted it home (thank you).
We would recommend this apartment to anyone planning on visiting Vienna.

* Underground line U4 Meidling Hauptstrasse is around the corner - direct line to city centre (State Opera) in 5 stops = 10 minutes
* Bus line 57A around the corner - direct line to city centre (Palace Hofburg) in 15 minutes

Parking:
* Free of charge in the street outside the building at the following times:
- 15min any time to pack or unpack your car, all week-ends, all public holidays, every evening from 19 hours to 9 hours the following morning.
* During the week-days I recommend a parking garage Park & Ride Hütteldorf. This is 5km away in Deutschordenstrasse 3a. From here you can get back easily to the apartment using the underground line U4 door-to-door from Hütteldorf to Meidling Hauptstrasse. Here it costs only EUR 3/day or EUR 15/week.
* There is also a garage 200m from the apartment in Schönbrunner Strasse 222-228. However, here it costs EUR 25/day.
