The overview (2 bedrooms) and description (1-bedroom) are contradictory; this is a studio with a set of vertical blinds acting as a separator between the sofa / living area and a bed. There are not 4 twins, but a sofa and probably 2 twins with a double bed cover on top.
The good: Prior to our arrival we received a full set of instructions about accessing the apartment and parking. The building is rather new, with large windows and useful blinds for sunny days. You get a parking spot for the car inside the courtyard and decent WiFi. Although it's close to train lines, there is not much noise and the old town is within walking distance.
The bad: There is no air conditioning, no mosquito nets and no balcony. The washing machine and drier were running and the temperature rises considerably if you open the door to that room. The parking spot is accessed via a really steep ramp; you need to take extra care at your front bumper when going up and down.
The ugly: We found all the sheets, covers and pillows wet. Not damp, but full wet. The blinds were dirty (spills from previous visitors by the looks) and the walls had similar dirt and deep scrapes from the chairs. The large bed feels uncomfortable, probably from the dent in the middle between two twins.
Tips: If you do not feel comfortable going through project-looking neighborhoods, consider coming and going to the old town via Annenstrasse.
