Herr Dr. Ruess is a gracious host. We have stayed with him at least three times for a total of at least six weeks, so we’re repeat customers! The unit is quiet, it’s convenient to public transit, and it is fully equipped with kitchen, bath, washer, dryer, and WiFi. We’ll be back!

Close to public transit, near the city center, and all that I need in terms of space and facilities. Dr. Ruess is a very helpful host, and very proactive and responsive to questions or concerns.

Terrific apartment nestled at the foot of Schlossb...
Terrific apartment nestled at the foot of Schlossberg. Early morning walks from the doorstep as well as a bakery and supermarkets close by. Trams and bus also close and Christian provides information about which ones to use for arrival. We easily walked to all the central Graz tourist sites and caught trams too.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral gelegen, ist aber ruhig. Haltestellen für den ÖPNV sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

sehr zentrale und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir können ihn uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft liegt strategisch gut, Straßenbahn und Busverbindung direkt vor der Tür. Ausstattung ist komplett. Kurze Wege in die Stadt. Vermieter war sehr großzügig bei einem frühen Check in.

Schöne Fewo am Fuße des Schloßbergs
Die Fewo von Dr. Ch. Ruess hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Abgesehen von der verkehrsgünstigen Lage entsprach sie in ihrer Größe und praktisch-gemütlichen Einrichtung ganz unseren Erwartungen. Der Gastgeber ist ein zugewandter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch, dem keine Frage zuviel ist. Wir werden diese Fewo weiter empfehlen.
