The building is old and a bit shabby but the apart...
The building is old and a bit shabby but the apartment is bright and in good condition. The kitchen door to the balcony could use a curtain for privacy. Parking is a problem. From 0900 to 2000, the entire district turns into a "short-park zone," necessitating the purchase of parking tickets that must be displayed on the dashboard and allow a maximum of three hours parking. It is expensive and a hassle and the parking police regularly patrol, looking for offenders. The University is just down the street and the district is much more oriented to bicycles and public transportation. Angela was most responsive when the water boiler and the internet failed during our stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser zentrale...
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser zentralen Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe der Universität, in der Straße gibt es Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder mit Bus und Straßenbahn erreichen! Zu Fuß ist man auch direkt durch den schönen Stadtpark in der Altstadt mit ihren vielen Kaffees und Geschäften. Die Wohnung war sauber, Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Schöne, perfekt gelegene Wohnung für 1-2 Personen. Bei anfänglich streikendem WLAN war die Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht dies schnellst möglich wieder in Gang zu bringen. Ich würde die Wohnung bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Graz wieder mieten.

Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind für einen Kurzurlaub optimal! Lärmende Nachtschwärmer aus den umliegenden Lokalen können die Nachtruhe schon mal stören und müssen eingeplant werden!

Wohnungs-Abwicklung: Perfekt.
Wohnlage: Angenehme Gaststätten und Gastgärten, sowie Supermarkt um die Ecke. Direktes Stadtzentrum (Jakominiplatz, Hauptplatz) auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.
Graz ist eine tolle Stadt, auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zur Altstadt.
Für eine Städtetour sehr geeignet, wer die Unabhängigkeit liebt.
Bei anfänglichen Händlingsfehlern der Dusche durch uns, hat der Vermieter schnell und freundlich Hilfe geleistet.
Würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Objekt liegt in einer super Lage, um sich Graz anzuschauen und um zum Großen Preis von Österreich nach Spielberg zu fahren. Man hat in der Wohnung alles vorgefunden, was man gebraucht hat für den Aufenthalt und war sehr flexibel mit dem Checkin und dem Checkout. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder hingehen.

Die schöne Wohnung liegt in bester Lage in der Nähe der Uni. Viele nette Lokale in der Umgebung. Die Altstadt ist einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Nur das Bad fällt etwas klein aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
