Just 1km from Polis town centre, this comfortable apartment is ideal for a romantic get-away. . Polis is a pretty, unspoilt and charming little town with plenty of quality restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

A short drive away is stunning Latchi Harbour, with an excellent choice of lovely restaurants on the front. Alternatively, you can drive to the tiny Pomos Harbour for peace and tranquillity.

Dine al fresco on the apartment's private balcony, not overlooked, which boasts far-reaching views over the Akamas mountains. This apartment has the added advantage of two bathrooms (one with shower etc).

A 20% non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking (if booked with owner) with the balance to be paid six weeks prior to departure.

Rates are inclusive of air conditioning (reasonable usage).

A discount of 10% is applicable for a two week booking or more.

A security/damages deposit of £100 is required with payment. This will be refunded to you within 14 days of your departure assuming that there are no reported damages, and also covers outdoor furniture including sunbeds and the return of the key'

Please ensure you take out adequate travel insurance cover - it is your responsibility to do this.

POLIS beach is uncommercialised. It's a mostly sand beach looking across Chrysochous Bay to the Akamas Peninsula on one side and to Pomos Point on the other. Akamas is a nature conservation area complete with hiking trails steeped in mythological legends. The surrounding coastal and mountain villages offer friendly, authentic Greek Cypriot hospitality, culture and cuisine, while unique flora and fauna abound.

The apartment is 36 kilometers (24 miles approx) from Paphos International and can be reached in no more than a 50 minute drive.
The apartment is very easy to find being located on the edge of Polis on the Paphos road.
