This stunning Borgo San Pawl is composed over 4 floors, comprising of 2 apartments set on each floor. The impressive, main entrance of this Borgo is the quintessential of Valletta mansions. It is an embrace of past and present in one glimpse. This is reflected also in the stunning spiral, wrought iron staircase that leads to each apartment, for those who opt out from using the lift. This particular apartment is an airy 1-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor, of approximately 45sqm, and served with lift. The entrance leads to a very modern, contemporary holiday let accommodation, which also incorporates elements of the traditional Maltese style, with a typical open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped which makes it ideal for cooking tasty homecooked meals. The living area comprises of a flat screen tv with cable channels. The designers have specifically retained much of its original charm through the vintage 1930s tiles that embellish the balcony as well. This area comes complete with a comfy 2-seater sofa and is fully air-conditioned. Just off of the living area one also finds a quaint traditional Maltese wooden balcony, equipped with table and chairs for the ultimate Maltese dining experience. The property comes also complete with a full family bathroom with shower cubicle. The apartment flows into the bright main bedroom with double bed, adorned with parquet flooring. The neutral colour scheme is designed with ultimate relaxation in mind, making the bedroom a perfect oasis of tranquility. The bedroom comes complete with air-conditioning. Wifi and tv are provided for free during any length of stay. Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities: 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers. Access to all the area of the apartment. The whole apartment will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.
