An open plan kitchen, dining room and living area leads onto a small balcony, ideal for hanging up any washing or just to take in a breath of fresh air while drinking your morning coffee. The kitchen comes fully equipped, making it ideal to prepare home-cooked meals. The two bedrooms offer a much needed resting space for tired heads, one bedroom having a double bed with the other having two single beds. The family bathroom has a bath-tub with shower included, and rest assured, we provide bath towels for each person, as well as linen for all the beds. We also provide free Wifi service throughout the apartment, as well as a washing machine for your perusal. For those looking to have a central base while visiting the island, this apartment is an ideal choice – close to any amenity, walking distance to bus stops as well as being just a corner away from the dazzling Mediterranean sea. Accommodating 4 persons, this property is ideal for groups or families who wish to remain within budget while making the most out of their stay on our gorgeous island. Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities: - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​ Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes. Long lets also available rates upon request from owner. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands.
