This wonderfully planned space consists of an open plan living leading onto the front terrace, a laundry room and drying terrace. Main bedroom enjoys en-suite and seaviews. Bedroom two also enjoys seaviews. A rollaway bed may be available, for an extra fee, to sleep a family of 5. Guest Access Communal Swimming Pool (Free and only available between the 1st of June and the 31st of October), Sunbeds and Umbrellas by the pool (Free), Underground parking (charges apply) and Walkways to Beach. Get active and enjoy a workout in the fully equipped gym at the Fort Fitness club (charges apply) which includes an indoor running track, a boxing ring, beauty clinic and barber shop. House Rules - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment although guests may do so on the balcony. - Linen is changed once every 7 days during lets of longer than 14 day's. Before checking-out, guests are asked to ensure that all kitchen utensils, crockery, etc are left in a clean and proper state. - Airport transfers to and from the apartment are available on request. - For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a loading of Eur 50 over and above the total booking amount to cover cleaning costs. - We offer a daily allowance of 25 units of free electricity per day which is more than enough if consumed sensibly. Any excess usage is charged at a rate of 0.30c per unit. - A €35 fee applies for check-ins after 9:00pm -- Dear Guest, as from June 20, 2016, the Government of Malta is introducing an Environmental Contribution. All revenue generated from this initiative will be used to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands. Those older than 18 years of age are required to pay an Environmental Contribution amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for holidays in Malta and Gozo. The contribution must be paid separately on arrival to your booked property and is not included in the property rate charged. Great spacious apartment central to everything
This apartment is a very spacious great for 4 adults or family with 2 children, It has a huge living dining area with sliding doors out onto the balcony where it gets the sunrise in the mornings great for having breakfast watching the world go by, with its 2 large bedrooms(1 with en-suite) both with sliding doors onto the same balcony great for the hot days plenty of storage to put your things away, lovely modern kitchen with all you need for the few times you cook but we mainly ate out as there is plenty of restaurants to choose from in the local area, there is a washing machine which was great as we had clean clothes coming back a drying rack in balcony cupboard clothes dried in a day on the balcony even though it was feb we were lucky the temp was 24c-28c. this apartment was ideal as a base to explore malta you had the point shopping centre 2 mins to left of building (highly recommend the jar) various shops the chain store for groceries, to the right for about 5 mins walk you have all the shops. to the right and then left down the hill you come to Sliema promenade where you can catch local buses, ferry into Valletta (great for photos and really cheap & quick) and any boat sightseeing trips you want to book, top tip especially if its hot on the Valletta side of the ferry there is a red minibus that takes you up the steep hill into Valletta town centre for 1 euro each well worth it, if you go to the right then right down the hill you go to the promenade which heads towards St Julians great for a morning walk, we loved staying here

Excellent..
So we have been coming to sliema for new year for three years, so know it well, and have stayed in different places each time. This apartment is exactly as described, and therefore picking fault is not necessary, we had a great stay. Communication, key collection and drop off was easy. The apartment is comfortable and everything works, and the location is excellent. Things to note - the damage deposit needs paying in cash on arrival but is refunded in departure. Any 'excess' electricity is charged on departure - we were out all day and there were only two of us, but we still incurred a minimal charge (€6) - however we did have the heating on in the evening given we stayed in December. Not an issue, just one to note. In terms of location, it's excellent, supermarket in the nearby 'point' shopping centre, loads of restaurants and bars nearby, exceptionally quiet at night, wifi fast and free. You can join 'fort fitness' ( not even a minutes walk away) for €35 a week, or €10 a day, and if that's your thing, it's an awesome gym. The sun leaves the balcony in the morning, but the view is magnificent. We will be back next new year, and will stay in exactly the same apartment hopefully, the best we have had.....

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location
I've just returned from a 5 day trip to Malta with 3 friends. It was our first time in Malta and we were not disappointed. This apartment was everything we wanted - spacious, good air con, large balcony, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is on the 12th floor, so you get good views of the sea. The lift service in the building was excellent - only ever waiting a few seconds for the next lift, so don't be put off by being on the 12th floor. The owner Paula arranged for airport transfers for us too, which made things very easy. The location of the apartment is perfect - just a short walk to The Point, which has a lot of shops and restaurants, and the harbour of Sliema where all the boat trips go from. The on-site pool was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols and never too busy. The pool has full sunshine until around 2:30pm, which turned out to be a perfect time for my friends and I to grab some food and then make our way to the sea just around the corner. You can sunbathe on the rock, and enter the sea via steps. We often stayed there until sunset as it was so beautiful and remained hot. We had the pleasure of meeting Paula during our stay, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. When I return to Malta, I'll definitely book this apartment again :-)

Fantastic Apartment, Ideal Quiet but Central Location
Four of us (Two couples) spent 10 days here on holiday at end of April into May 2017. The description of the apartment accurately matches the online description ( as we all know, this is not always true!!) and so on arrival, we were very pleased with what we found. The two bedrooms are not big but are nicely furnished, and having two separate bathrooms was ideal. The apartment is located on the 12th floor of a modern clean and well maintained block, with lovely views over the sea. It faces North so although the wide spacious balcony has lots of room for chairs/table and 2 sunbeds ( 4 sunbeds would have been better for 4 people!) the balcony loses its sun during the morning. The apartment has all mod cons, including TV and Wi-Fi. We ate in on 2 nights and the kitchen is very well equipped, and the living area is spacious and comfortable. The apartment is located in a quieter area of Sliema and is very convenient ( 5 mins walk) to shops, eateries, buses/ferries. The Point Shopping mall is within 3 mins walk if you need a good supermarket. Paula, the lady owner, is charming and very helpful. We really appreciated the fact that she answered any queries and questions very promptly, and the airport transfers with Ronald were pleasant and free of hassle - he meets you right outside the arrivals exit. If we had one negative comment to make, it would be about the advertised pool facility. The apartment is advertised with use of the outdoor pool area. Yet at the time we stayed (end of April), although we could have swum in the pool, there were no sunbeds or chairs to relax on, and because the pool is on the North side of the apartment block, it is in the shade from 2pm onwards. So whilst our expectations were surpassed with the lovely apartment itself and its amazing location, we felt quite disappointed that the pool facilities were not really available, especially as Sliema does not have sandy beaches, and the pool areas along the promenade were not yet open. Would we stay again? Yes we certainly would. Would we recommend this apartment? Yes we certainly would.

Ideal location for our visit.
Paula was very helpful. The dishwasher was broken and should have been repaired while we were there but no-one turned u at the given times. Apartment was quite cold. Maybe some rugs on the tiles would make it feel a bit warmer.

Hi Hilary, thanks for taking the time to leave us this positive review. I am really sorry that the dishwasher stopped working during your stay but as you know this is totally beyond our control. We did our best to have it fixed as quickly as we could but the technician couldn't make it within such a short timeframe. With regards to the apartment being cold, the A/C can be used on heating so that would have resolved the problem. We will take your suggestion regarding the rugs and will place a few in the apartment to have it warmer. Thanks for being our guest and hope to meet you again in the future!

luxury apartment in convenient location
The apartment was as it looks in the photos,modern and clean. Quiet location but only 2 mins walk to The Point shopping centre which had a variety of retail outlets including a supermarket ( bottom floor ) and chemist ( ground level ) . Just outside the point were lots of eateries which were open til late which was helpful as we didn't get to Sliema until about 10.20pm and needed to eat. 5-10 min walk to ferry to Valetta, boat trips, local buses and sight seeing hop on and off buses. We did the North route bus tour with Malta Sight Seeing ( Not to be confused with the City Sight Seeing bus- different company ) With it came a free harbor cruise which we did the next evening. Very good value for money at 20 euros for the days bus and evening harbor tour. 3- 5 min walk to cafes,bars and restaurants along the front and 20 min walk along the promenade to St Julians. We were met at the airport by Ronald who drove us to the apartment and showed us how to use everything. This made life very easy in finding the apartment and orientating ourselves so we knew where to find local amenities. Ronald is a gem ! Very friendly and informative. The pool was a large, clean salt water pool. There were plenty of sunbeds but it could do with a few more parasols for shade . The pool was in sunshine until about 4pm and then was in total shade which is makes it a great place to escape the scorching August sunshine. ( Good for families with small children ) The enormous balcony only got sun in the early morning but this was fine by us as it was comfortable to sit and relax on. The pool was never too busy or crowded.Our deposit was returned promptly when we were collected to go back to the airport. Aaron and Paula were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had very promptly.

Amazing views of sea and sunrise from a spotless, modern apartment
We travelled abroad for the first time with our two children both aged <2 years of age. This apartment was ideal with two bedrooms and a large open private balcony and kitchen with all the modern appliances and utilities needed. The owners were very helpful - our iron didn't work and after emailing the owner we had a new one delivered to our door within 30 minutes. The apartment was immaculately clean and well maintained. Location was amazing - close to supermarkets, The Point shopping centre and bus/ferry stops.

As described and a great location
Highly recommended. Great location...safe, easy access to public transport, shopping, restaurants, walks. Apartment is new, very clean, very spacious. Owner helpful, available when needed. Worth the price.

Excellent Apartment
Great apartment - spacious, modern and airy with a great sea view. Close to seafront in both directions including ferry to Valetta. Located right next to Tigne Point shopping centre which has a good supermarket in it for groceries. Aaron and Paula were so friendly and helpful.
