Perfect for leisurely walks or jogging along the Promenade, a dip in the cool blue Mediterranean opposite the palazzo and its proximity to cafes and restaurants, it is ideal as it is in the hub of the Sliema seafront on sunny side Tower Road. It is very spacious and comprises 250 square metres of luxury living.

Flat 5A is luxury at budget price. It is set up for a couple, family and younger visitors. It sleeps 4-5 adults and an extra child in 2 bedrooms. The very large master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own ensuite. Second bedroom has 2 beds and 2 extra folding beds are available. A third divan bed which opens into a double bed is located in the hall. The main bathroom incorporates a bath with shower, a separate walk in shower, toilet, bidet and wash-hand basin. Luxuries in all bathrooms include heated towel rails, air extractor & powerful overhead heating. Washer and dryer are housed in the main bathroom. The open plan living area has a stereo TV system DVD & CD players. The gourmet kitchen with granite tops has modern amenities including fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, extractor fan, and all cooking and dining facilities. It is very spacious and comprises 180 square metres. The Window treatments are insulated, there is reverse cycle airconditioning and heating. The light and airy apartment is very thermal and spacious, which lends itself to a temperate climate. This apartment can also accommodate a family of 5 or individuals with wheelchair needs. The balcony in this apartment only provides side sea views.

Price in both cases fully inclusive of water & electricity. No unpleasant surprises at departure with excess bills.

We are flexible with arrival & departure times. In busy back to back arrivals we kindly ask you to have your bags packed by 9am to allow the cleaner to come in and clean. You can leave your luggage but kindly requested to go out whilst the apartment is being cleaned. You can keep one set of keys till your departure time in order to collect your luggage prior to departing for the airport.

This is an apartment with a great view in Sliema. Great set up but be aware beds in front bedroom are more comfortable then the back room.

The location is exclusive on sunny side Tower Road Seafront. The doorstep is situated right on the waterfront Promenade facing St Julians bay and incorporating the Hilton, Sheraton, Casino and Porto Maso. The location is excellent and safe at any time of the day or night. Perfect for walks or jogging along the Promenade. Have a quick dip in the crystal clear water of the Mediterranean in the early morning, outside your front door, Enjoy a cappuccino or meal at one of the innumerable cafes and restaurants on the strip, take a stroll along the promenade of an evening or join the joggers or walkers at any time of the day or night in safe surroundings. The EXILES bus stops are located almost outside the apartment, just a few steps away. Bus transport is very good on Tower Road. Buses 13, 14, go to and from Valletta up to Bugibba. Bus 225 goes to the Ferries from where you can take the Ferry to Valletta. Bus 222 will take you to the Gozo Ferry and back passing through Mellieha Bay. Bus 225 takes you to and from Golden Bay
