Stancija Mani is a secluded property at the heart of Istria.
The kazun is an integral part of Istrian cultural history. Originally, these round stone huts were used by shepherds and workers in the fields to store tools or as shelter from the rain and sun.
Our kazun is a romantic studio apartment, equipped with a bathroom, small kitchen and in- and outdoor seating.
Stancija Mani also has three stone holiday houses, a “konoba” (a shared kitchen, living and dining area with in- & outdoor fireplaces) and at the other end of the 7000 m2 plot, the owners have an old stone house.
We offer our guests an authentic Istrian experience in the countryside between Kanfanar and Zminj, a mere 15 minute drive from Rovinj and the Adriatic coast....Stancija Mani is a secluded property at the heart of Istria.

In addition to well known cities such as Rovinj, Porec, Pula or Vrsar, there are a number of smaller towns, villages and natural conservation areas worth visiting, such as the beautiful Venetian town of Svetvincenat. There are also beautiful churches with frescoes and records of the Glagolithic alphabet in Gracisce and Beram, the Cicaria and Ucka mountains in the north, the historic city of Fazana and the Brioni Islands, as well as Cape Kamenjak in the south.
It is hard to exhaust the diversity of the Istrian landscape!
