The house is newly renovated 2014. It is a beautiful, traditional stone - built Istrian house, located in the small place of Gržini, surrounded by nature and peaceful countryside of Central Istria close to many seaside towns such as Rovinj, Poreč, Umag.
Casa Tania is arranged on two levels, large enough to accomodate 6 persons.
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, oven, stove.
The sitting area contains a satellite TV and a DVD player.
There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath tube. All bed linen and towels are provided for the guests.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a shared shower room.

Grocery store, cafes and restaurants are in the nearby town of Žminj, only 4 km away. Local attractions are only short drive away such as aquapark, adrenaline park, a lot of wineries. If you wish to explore Istria, making it a perfect setting off point for fabulous restaurants and outdoor activities including hiking, climbing and mountain biking this house is a perfect choice. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports including sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. There are also an excellent golf courses nearby. There is a cave called Feštinsko Kraljevstvo only few minutes away where you can find something for every member of your family.

Pets are welcome at 5 euro per pet per day paid to the owner directly.
