The cast-iron, open fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere and warmth on cooler evenings. An elegant breakfast bar separates the dining area from the fully equipped kitchen which has a four-zone gas hob with extractor hood, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a dishwasher. A washing machine is in upper bathroom. The separate guest toilet on the ground floor still provides extra comfort. A wide stone staircase leads to the upper floor with the bedrooms and the bathroom. The wooden ceiling beams in this floor emphasizes the homely cottage atmosphere in every room. Both bedrooms are each equipped with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and a 90 cm x 190 cm large single bed, and a baby cot in one room. Also you will find here night tables with reading lamps and antique cabinets made of solid wood with plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage before. The top modern, light-filled bathroom has a spacious shower, a vanity unit with wall mirror, hair dryer and a toilet. And in one of the bedrooms you have left a baby cot available. From the living room you step outside in the 500 m² large, completely fenced garden area with your own private 3 mx 6 m pool, which is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds. Children can enjoy carefree fun on the playground with a swing, while adults can practice tricks at the football table soccer. The food from the barbecue next to the pool, can be placed under 16m² terrace with full wood table and benches, ideal for long evenings together in the open air. The oldtimer bicycles in separate shed next to the house are naturally available. A car is recommended during your stay, offering secure parking directly behind the entrance gate before the house.
