This is a stunning 3 bed 2 bath detached villa with a private swimming pool located in Pinada Golf which is a 10 minute walk to the popular Villamartin Plaza. The villa is set on one level with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is set and one end of the villa whilst the other two bedrooms are set at the other end of the villa. There is a laundry area situated in the large family bathroom. Winding stairs from the lounge lead up to a private roof terrace. Outside the front door you have a quaint seating area with steps leading down to the large private pool with shower and sun loungers. VILLAMARTIN is a lovely place to stay and has something for everyone Nearby Villamartin Plaza has two tiers of restaurants and bars, representing at least six countries. There is also a supermarket and various other retail outlets including a hairdresser, chip shop, dentist, bars, doctors and estate agents. The nearest bars and a cafe are 5 minutes walk away ( Good for breakfast and a Sunday Roast ) There are 4 blue flag beaches at La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima and two more golf courses at Las Ramblas, and Campoamor. Water-sport parks are 15/20 minutes away by car at either Aquopolis or Aquapark Flamingo. There is the huge shopping mall Zenia Boulevard, which is 5 minutes away by car or bus. It caters for all your shopping needs, it has in excess of 150 shops with designer labels, boutiques and discount chain stores including a large supermarket. Its second floor is dedicated to a wealth of restaurants, a pleasant alternative to eating out at the Plaza. Live entertainment is also often performed here. Younger children are well catered for on the top floor with their very own, bespoke 'boulevard.' A pay per play area. The nearest beach is La Zenia which is an 8 minute drive and Zenia Boulevard Shopping Mall is an 7 minute drive. The region itself is Orihuela Costa this is a coastal region situated on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. It sits close to the border with Murcia, near La Manga and the beautiful Mar Menor. The region covers several seaside resorts including Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Villamartin, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. Orihuela Costa is an ideal destination for those looking for a beach family holiday, with 16 kilometres of diverse coastline. It is also an excellent choice for golf holidays; in fact Orihuela Costa is well equipped for all needs, with lots of amenities, facilities and leisure attractions.
