15 Breezy Hill Villas is one of two villas (Number 5 also) that we have on a small up and coming site in a beautiful hilltop position, affording extensive views of the coast, Mediterranean and Mountain backdrop in the quaint village of Esentepe. The two villas are facing each other at opposite ends of the site's shared pool. The property benefits from only a three minute walk into the village itself. This means a car is not essential as the village has a number of Restaurants eg The Tumba, Remzi’s, Zirdelli’s, 3 minimarkets, butchers, bank, post office etc and there is a bus stop in the village giving access to the lovely harbour town of Kyrenia (approx. 25minutes away by car)and beyond.
