It is an amazing villa 200 sm .The villa is set on a 2,300sq meters plot of land on the sea front with steps leading to a small private sandy beach.The villa is on three levels and consists of a lower ground floor with two bedrooms and one big bathroom.The ground floor has a living room with fire place ,a fully equipped open - plan kitchen and a WC.On the first floor there are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In the garden there is a sweet water swimming pool and covered seating and dinning areas where one can sit and enjoy the amazing sea view as well as the spectacular sunset. Full HD Smart TV in all bedrooms and the living room. DVD and CD player , Free Wi-Fi Swimming pool shower Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: MHTE/EOT:1170K91000986001

Amazing girls trip!
Casa Bianca was the perfect villa to host our girls trip back in June! The view was spectacular, the pool and private beach to die for, the rooms and the amenities of the house were just second to none! Miss Chrysa was also such a helpful and considerate host! Highly recommend stay - we all hope we visit again and again in the future!!!

an awesome Villa in a unique Island as Kea.
For sure one of the best Villas we've ever been to. Crissa and George were so generous. The welcome package was above expectations. Including Red & White wine, different kinds of Coffee, fruits, candies, water, juices, ice cubes, etc….etc…. The house is excellent maintained and clean. Fully equipped with all necessary electric appliances, Dinnerware and Cooking. The Outdoor pool is very nice, clean and regularly maintained. Plenty of sitting places with excellent sea view and spectacular Sunsets. Like a great tasty stew that leaves you with a desire to eat it again. We certainly will. Thank you Crissa and George

Excellent choice for a perfect vacation!
We had a great vacation with the family, enjoying the villa with its pool and all of its great facilities. The house is located in a beautiful spot with great sea view and in a short walking distance from a magnificent small and almost private beach. We felt like in haven and were very sorry to leave after 4 days. Crissa, the owner, hosted us very generous and was extremely nice and helpful with lots of good recommendations. We highly recommend Casa Bianca!!

Fantastique - Amazing
We are fond of Greece and the Cyclades Islands. I must acknoledge that Kea Island is positively one of the most quiet, well-protected and less crowdy island we visited. The friendly spirit with the inhabitants is highly enjoyable. The villa ‘Casa Bianca’ was just amazing, so nicely decorated with all the comfort and high standard you could only expect from a top 5-Star hotel. The refined decoration of the house fully respects the great Greek style. You cannot imagine how beautiful is the see view from the house and the swimming pool. Crissa has welcome us as we were part of family. We were immediately feeling at home We are just keen to come back for our next vacation in Greece.

A stunning villa, fantastic location, breath taking view!!!
Staying at Casa Bianca was everything you would dream of in a vacation! The villa is so well decorated and equipped, spacious and comfy with one of the best locations in the island, the best sunset in Tzia!! The villa is on the sea front, the large terrace has seating and dining area, a fantastic swimming pool, sunbeds and moreover... steps leading to a small private sandy beach! We loved to have our breakfast and dinner by the pool and the breathtaking sea view! The three levels villa was spacious enough for 7 people, we had our daughters and friends with us, and…the living room’s white sofa is so big and so comfy!!! The villa has an environment friendly hygienic cleaning service which I found incredibly important! For all of the above 'a big thank you' to Crissa P, the owner, who has not only done great job with this house but she is so friendly and nice hostess as well!! We had so lovely and relaxing time, looking forward to visit again next summer!!! Nana & Jake

This was a super peaceful holiday
We spend a five days holiday in Casa Bianca Kea Villa . The villa was first class, private and with lovely views of the bay. The villa was all we had hoped for and the description didn't lie! so peaceful at night. Clean and tidy . Maintained very well. Loved that it was on top of the hill & only 5 mins away from a private beach/bay. We would definitely recommend the villa. Regards, Nasser AMARIN

Η βίλα της Χρύσας βρίσκεται σε μία ειδυλλιακή τοποθεσία, στη θέση Μελισσάκι, ακριβώς πάνω στο κύμα και σε απόσταση αναπνοής (μόλις δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια) από μία γραφική ιδιωτική παραλία (όπου έχουν πρόσβαση μόνο οι διαμένοντες στο συγκρότημα που βρίσκεται η βίλα). Από το μεγάλο κήπο της βίλας, ο οποίος διαθέτει όμορφα έπιπλα και μία μεγάλη πισίνα μπορεί κανείς να απολαύσει την απρόσκοπτη θέα προς τη θάλασσα και το «απέραντο γαλάζιο». Η βίλα έχει τυπική κυκλαδίτη αρχιτεκτονική, διαθέτει άνετους εσωτερικούς χώρους, με μεγάλα δωμάτια με θεά προς τη θάλασσα. Καθένα δε από τα δωμάτια της βίλας κοσμείται από καλαίσθητα έπιπλα, που συνθέτουν ένα αμάλγαμα κυκλαδίτικης και σύγχρονης αρχιτεκτονικής, πλήρως εναρμονισμένα, όπως και η εξωτερική διακόσμηση της βίλας, με την τοποθεσία του καταλυματος. Η βίλα παρέχει επίσης, όχι μόνο όλες τις οικοσυσκευές και τα αντικείμενα, που καθιστούν τη διαμονή σε αυτήν άνετη και πολυτελή, αλλά ακόμα και εδέσματα και τρόφιμα, νιώθοντας έτσι, κατά τη διαμονή σε αυτήν, ακριβώς «σαν στο σπίτι σου». Η Χρύσα ήταν ιδιαίτερα κατατοπιστική και πρόθυμη να λύσει κάθε απορία μας, τόσο στην ηλεκτρονική μας αλληλογραφία, όσο και κατά την προσέλευσή μας στο σπίτι της, οπότε μας υποδέχθηκε πρόσχαρη, παρέχοντάς μας πληροφορίες ενγένει για το νησί. Το μαγευτικό ηλιοβασίλεμα που μπορεί κανείς να απολαύσει από το κατάλυμα της Χρυσας είναι «όλα τα λεφτά» !!! . Κατά τη διαμονή στη βίλα νιώθεις χωρίς υπερβολή ότι μένεις στο «σπίτι των ονείρων σου». Ευχαριστούμε για όλα Χρύσα.

Splendida villa con piscina , una vista mozzafiato e un arredamento curato nei minimi particolari.
La villa è una splendida seconda casa che la gentilissima proprietaria , Sig.ra Crissa, ha arredato con cura ed in modo molto raffinato. In due minuti, seguendo un sentiero sulla scogliera, si accede ad una piccola spiaggia raramente frequentata da altri proprietari delle ville circostanti. Con patio coperto, piscina, divani all'aperto, prendisole ed una vista spettacolare , non manca niente per farne una perfetta oasi di puro relax. Passa la voglia di andare a visitare le spiagge dell'isola !! La consiglio vivamente.......

" BEST BY FAR "
Best by Far ,είναι η κατάλληλη λέξη για να περιγράψω αυτό την εκπληκτική βίλα«Boutique» Είχα ακούσει πολλά για το “Casa Bianca” και πολύ απλά επιβεβαίωσα τις φήμες μόλις έφτασα εκεί .Η προνομιακή θέση του προσφέρει περά από την υπέροχη θεά του στο απέραντο γαλάζιο την απολυτή ιδιοτικοτητα και ηρεμία όπου αναζητά ο καθένας μας στις διακοπές του, μιας και προσφέρει ακόμη και ιδιωτική παράλια. Όλοι οι εξωτερικοί και εσωτερικοί χώροι προσεγμένοι και με γούστο. Μinimal διακόσμηση που δένει τη μοντέρνα κατασκευή του με κομμάτια αντικέ. Δυστυχώς, μείναμε μόνο για 2 βραδιές. Θα μας μείνει αξέχαστο. Θα επιστρέψουμε όμως σίγουρα.
