Our apartment is on the upper floor of Hamilton House. The long open-plan living area of the apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for comfortable everyday living. An open arch leads to an inner hall accessing the bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartment features a spacious, covered veranda enjoying superb hillside views to the side and towards Jolly Harbour and the Caribbean Sea to the front and has a charcoal barbeque. Steps lead down from the front door of the apartment to the garden and pool area. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. French doors lead from the master bedroom and the living room directly on to the veranda and can be secured open during the day to take full advantage of the cooling breezes and glorious sunshine. About the neighbourhood
Hamilton Estate is a private development of villas and apartments adjacent to Jolly Harbour, the premier marina, golf and leisure resort in the Caribbean, situated on the beautiful west coast of Antigua. Hamilton House stands in its own tropical garden with a large 30 feet long swimming pool and comprises four well-appointed and delightfully furnished 2-bedroom apartments.

We are situated next to the new luxury Sugar Ridge boutique hotel which offers a spa, a gym, two restaurants and sophisticated nightly entertainment.

Jolly Beach is about a 7 minutes walk away; a long sweep of soft white sand and turquoise sea fringed by palm trees, and the entrance to the marina is also just a ten minutes walk away.
Getting around
Although a car is not essential for your stay at Hamilton House we recommend you hire one for at least part of your stay. This will enable you to visit even more of the fabulous beaches of Antigua and explore this wonderful and unique island. We can help you with car rental if you would like.
