This beautiful apartment (recently refurbished) is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or as a base if you are looking to explore the many treasures of the Costa del Sol. It is located within walking distance of the Calanova Golf Course, one of the many well-reputed golf courses in the area. There is restaurant at the Club House where excellent meals can be enjoyed. They have recently completed the construction of this new building which has many more facilities which can be used by apartment guests.

It is a second floor apartment, facing south-east, with spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountains (occasionally the Sierra Nevada!), the golf course and out across the turquoise blue water of the Mediterranean Sea (as far as Africa on some days).

The standard check-out time is 10am on the morning of your departure, unless otherwise agreed with our local agent, or me when booking - this is not usually a problem unless we have other people who are due to arrive early that same day, as we need time to clean and prepare for their arrival.

In case of accident occurring whilst at this holiday home it is the responsibility of the holiday guest, not the owner or managing agent - please ensure you have the correct insurance cover.

We can also arrange high chair and cot rental along with other baby equipment for hire (via agent).

Our agent will contact you to make arrangements to meet you at the apartment, depending on the hour of your arrival - normally in office hours. If you plan to arrive at 2am (for example!) then a key safe will be provided. About the neighbourhood
Mijas Costa is very popular with people from all walks of life, it has something for everyone, it is not difficult to see why people come back year after year.La Cala (the creek) is a charming former fishing village. It now plays host to a wide and varied range of eateries and bars. Why not dine on the beach front in one of the popular restaurants? There is a Supersol and a Mercadona (supermarkets) and plenty of banks / ATMs. There is also a wide range of beauty salons, and a wonderful spa facility, this is the perfect place to unwind, and pamper yourselves.

The beaches are long, sandy and well cared for.

Fuengirola is a short drive away from the apartment, approximately 15 minutes. Here you will find shopping, bars and restaurants. There is also a Water Park and Zoo.
