The top floor includes a 1 x King size bed with a small toilet area, 1 double bed downstairs with shower. It also accommodates a delightful balcony overlooking a breathtaking view of one of Seychelles beaches, allowing you to hear the tranquil noise of the ocean by your bedside. The downstairs ground floor includes h a shower area, a kitchen and a dining space with comfortable furniture. It also includes a veranda at the front of the villa, allowing you to shade away from the sun and relax in some fresh, clean air. This is a cosy guest house which also offers Wi-Fi (free),TV (local channel only), air-conditioning, fans and security safe. There is one garden shower for all guests to share. Communal garden, free onsite parking for all customers. Beach in front of the House...

Juliana's Self Catering is a fully licensed, self-catering guest house family run business situated on Turtlebay, Au Cap on the island of Mahé. We have 4 en-suite guest houses on our premises . All guest houses are fully air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchennettes, and all bathrooms have hot / cold showers. We also offer a weekly housekeeping service. WIFI internet service is available along with televisions. There are restaurants within close proximity in Anse Royal bay and 2 shops close by, where you can buy your groceries. Juliana's Self Catering has a large shared garden and offers car park space for all clients. The properties has a front veranda, where guests can sit and unwind outside throughout the day and enjoy the guest house front sea view
