Villa SunKiss is freshly renovated and the perfect holiday location situated in the quiet residential area of Vale Centianes, just 500 m from its beautiful sandy beach, 3 km from the picturesque and lively fishermen’s village Carvoeiro, 5 km from Praia da Marinha and various other beaches and 15 km from Portimao.
The property has a garden, with seaview from the terraces. The accommodation is spacious and is fully air-conditioned. All bedrooms, bathrooms, the living room, dining room and kitchen have mosquito nets and electric shutters. Free WIFI.

Fantastic villa, spacious, lovely pool, great location
Excellent Villa, ideally situated within walking distance of a stunning beach and coastal walk. Bars, restaurants and a Spar just around the corner, several large supermarkets a 5 minute drive away. The villa itself is fantastic, plenty of space both inside and out, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The pool is large, and heatable which was great at the end of October, and we enjoyed fantastic views of sunsets over the sea from the roof terrace. The Villa is well stocked with all the essentials and Elia is a brilliant host, who responds quickly to messages and goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a good holiday.

Lovely villa and great location!
Just back from a wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Sunkiss which is fully equipped for all your holiday needs especially for a large group of all ages with the pool and outdoor areas adding to the quality you would wish for.
Ideally located with ample nice restaurants within easy walking distance and a couple of small shops (Spar just a stones throw away) for topping up the shopping. Just a 5 minute drive into the heart of Carvoeiro - Uber very useful and less than €6 each way though the taxi rank in town also helps but can get very busy later at night.
This review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning Elia, a wonderful lady who was so helpful from the moment we booked (for last year but we cancelled due to Covid) but she held our reservation for this year and was so very helpful in advising on restaurants etc as well as greeting us at the villa and making us feel at home from minute 1. If you book with Elia you will soon understand! 😃

Wonderful stay at Villa Sunkiss Algarve
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sunkiss Algarve. Very clean, beautiful and well-equipped villa. The outside space is fantastic with a pool, comfortable sitting area, sunbathing terrace and lovely outside dining area. The villa is situated just a few minutes walk from the beach. The host Elia is extremely helpful. Highly recommend this villa!

Best family holiday ever!
We enjoyed a fantastic holiday at Villa Sunkiss Algarve with the whole family. Spacious villa, super clean, all amenities available, and very cozy atmosphere. Ocean view from the balcony and roof top terrace. Great pool with comfortable sitting area and sun bathing area. Only a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve. We were warmly welcomed by the host, who also perfectly supported us during a medical emergency. She organized for us an amazing walk along the Algarve cliffs, a boat trip spotting dolphins and an inhouse paella party. For sure, we will go back.

Beautiful villa for the perfect holiday!
Beautiful, cosy and very clean villa, perfect location. Everything you need is available. Amazing pool with a very nice area to relax and sunbathe and the villa is only a five minute walk away from the beach. We had a very warm welcome from the host and she was always available for any questions or to organise an activity for us. Definitely our first choice if we go back to the Algarve again!

Villa in Paradise
Our family had the pleasure of staying at the Sunkiss Villa during the last week of May 2019.
We were met personally by the owner on our arrival, and at once we felt welcome and that this was to be ‘our’ home for the next week.
The villa was furnished beautifully and had every possible convenience, utility, appliance that a visiting family would need. The attention to detail was amazing.
The location is perfect. The beach is within walking distance and there are restaurants and a Spar for convenience, literally around the corner from the villa

Excellent all round
An excellent Villa, well looked after. Very handy location with some beautiful beaches nearby one of which is less than 10mins walk. Very friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommended

Fabulous Villa
Absolutely stunning villa, great swimming pool and spotlessly clean inside and out. You will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen and there are even lots of pool toys available for the children to play with. The location is lovely with the beach nearby and a row of restaurants and shops a few hundreds meters up the road. Fantastic holiday!!

Magnificent accommodation to a group of friends.
We were a group of active seniors and enjoyed greatly the days this excellent accommodation. En suite bedrooms are laid out very smart way allowing a good privacy to each but also access to sitting and dining rooms. Entire accommodation is modern, clean and pleasantly furnished.
Elia, the owner is the most charming and very attentive host with factual, pleasant and swift communication.
There is a local shop and coffees around the corner, but prepare for your own transportation if you want to move around, or go golfing, as usually is the case when renting a villa in Algarve.

Amazing villa!!
We had a great stay at villa Sunkiss! The villa is located near the beach and super equipped. Everything we needed was present.
Our favorite corner was the lounge area near the swimming pool. Excellent for a nice drink after a SUNKISSED day.
Elia was a great host, she provided us with some groceries when we arrived after a long trip. When we had questions we could always contact her via Whatsapp.
We are certainly coming back!!
