The Casarão is located in the village of Pariporé, municipality of Itaporanga D'Ajuda, with wide paved access to the 3 beaches of the southern coast of Sergipe - Caueira, Abaís and Saco - famous for the carnival celebrations and the town of Estancia known nationally for the June celebrations. The Saco beach gives access through a tourist boat trip to Mangue Seco beach in the State of Bahia. The neighborhood attracts the Paripueira river, which is suitable for fishing with a great biodiversity of fish, mountainous terrain suitable for hiking and walking, the bar of Dona Artémia famous for the delicious Aratú muqueca, known throughout the State, the Porto Belo condominium and the lagoon of Abaís famous for the creation of giant tambaquis and amestrados.
