Brand new in 2011, our cosy holiday cottage annex has open plan accommodation with a king size bed, kitchenette and separate shower room.
There's a flatscreen TV, clock radio, breakfast bar with stools, easy chairs, and a private patio with garden furniture.
The well equipped kitchenette has a breakfast bar, fridge with small freezer, mini-cooker and microwave.
All accessed via private driveway with parking.
On the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, deep in the quiet Suffolk countryside and near the Minsmere bird reserve, it is also handy for Aldeburgh, Snape, Southwold, and the beautiful Suffolk coast.

For such a quiet part of the world, theres loads going on:The RSPBs Minsmere Bird Reserve is only a couple of miles away. A new highlight is Iken Canoe on the beautiful upper reaches of the river Alde near Snape. There are miles of interesting walks straight out of the front door. Snape Maltings concert hall - home of the world famous Aldeburgh festival - is under 15 minutes drive.Aldeburgh and Southwold have popular beaches and trendy shops with plenty to see and do.Just as close, Framlingham and Orford both have cracking castles and loads of history.Within a mile or two, there are great village pubs serving food in Middleton, Theberton and Eastbridge.Aldeburgh has some excellent restaurants and some of the worlds greatest Fish & Chips. There are many more top notch places to eat in Southwo...
Getting around
Although there is a train station 4 miles away, Darsham or Saxmundham there is no bus service to rely on
There is a pub in the village and a farm shop for basic food supplies.
