This unit is available for monthly rentals in the off season.  Sorry, not pets at The Victorian.  Victorian Condominium Association amenity fee is $25 minimum for each reservation up to 15 nights (paid directly to The Victorian upon arrival by guest). Monthly amenity fee is $50/month.
