Frances's space is in the perfect location in Jordaan. It was walking distance to wonderful bars and restaurants (Tiramisup, Bonjoir Caphe, Cafe Lowietje) and not far from the tram to take you around town. Everything was within a 20-30 minute walk. The room is as described, the shower is large, the toilet is separate and in the hall. This may be an issue if you use the bathroom often, like me. There is noise from the streets, so bring ear plugs of you dont like noise. For us, it felt like home and wasn't an issue. The room was clean and communication was great.

This charming accommodation is in a great location with hip restaurants and bakeries. Reminded us a little bit like the West Village in NYC.
Frances was communicative and informative.
There is plenty of nearby public transportation to get you anywhere in the city

Great stay in a really cute, quiet, convenient part of Amsterdam. Host was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating of our travel schedule. Room is small but has everything you need; note that you have a private bathroom with sink and shower, but a separate shared toilet in the hall. Highly recommend the little Italian place on the corner of the street!

We enjoyed our stay so much!!!! The location was perfect, we absolutely loved the pub right on the corner or the street where we made many local friends!! The room was absolutely wonderful, and Frances was so great with all of the communication, recommendations, and we loved how she would check in on our at various parts of our stay! Can not recommend this enough! Planning another trip back!!

Süßes Zimmer in sehr schöner Lage in Jordaan.
Bitte beachten, dass es wirklich ein sehr kleines Zimmer ist. Wenn man nur zum Schlafen und zum Duschen dort ist so wie wir ist es aber völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer in Amsterdam sind oftmals sehr klein, so ist es nun mal.
Frances ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder. Es wurde an alles gedacht, Kaffee, Tee, Besteck usw.
We love it.

My friend and I (females, mid 20s) stayed here and Frances was great! She waited up for us very late until our flight got in. The place is in a great area and walking distance to a lot. Be aware that the space is very very small. Overall, great experience if you are looking for a place that feels safe to sleep in Amsterdam!

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, sodass man alles gut zu Fuß in Amsterdam machen/besichtigen kann. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich.
Leider kann man die Wohnung nicht richtig lüften, daher ist es immer sehr feucht vor allem nach dem duschen in der Wohnung gewesen. Der Lüfter im Bad funktioniert nicht. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, jedoch gemütlich eingerichtet.

Lovely welcome by Frances at her Bed & Bikes accommodation in charming Jordaan area away from the tourists but still sufficiently close to the main central attractions. In our 70's, decided against risking the use of the complimentary bikes. Small cosy room with all basic amenities one would need for a short stay.
