The villa is from 1942, a historic house, recently renovated with excellent finishes.
There are 3 bedrooms with double beds; there is the dining room, the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. In the house there are various services such as dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, fast wifi, kitchen with microwave oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery.
Outside there is a large exclusive garden with barbecue and parking space.
The house is in the center of Pisa, not far from the Tower and the railway station.
The market is near the house, the airport is about 10 minutes from the house.
At 20 meters urban bus stop.
