Really a great spot for our 30 day visit. Close to everything but in a quieter area with great local spots and charm. A couple shortcomings in listing. The washer/dryer is just a washer. There is no barbecue, as listing says. There is also a city tax the listing does not mention but collected on check out. This is really a great area to stay and we recommend it.

Great apartment for our brief stay in Florence. Perfectly located for all the sights and plenty choice of local restaurants to enjoy. The property manager was always helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming, spacious apartment that was not too close to major attractions but in close walking distance to all the touristy spots, grocery stores, cafes and wonderful restaurants. It was well kept, clean and had all the necessary amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was fabulous. So spacious, clean, great location, modern, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. Host very responsive. Just a few steps away the square has great variety of restaurants where we ate all 4 nights. Right on the street, steps away is the best gelato we had in Italy. The street has all the amenities. We walked everywhere,- about 20 min or so to Duomo area and everywhere we wanted to go was walkable aside from getting to the train station. Best to reserve a taxi in advance as hard to hail and the host was helpful with that. Florence is filled with tourists and it was nice to stay away from the main tourist area. Day trip to Sienna was easy. Would highly recommend the apt and would stay again.

We were delighted with the quality of the apartment. Location was ideal. There was a real vibe in the area and local shops provided fresh bread, fruit and meats.

This property was perfect for staying in Florence. A short walk to all attractions, and plenty of local flavor nearby. The property was well appointed & very nice. Property manager attentive, and great. We hope to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It is true lovely with big windows and lots of light. It was newly updated, clean and spacious. My teen loved having his own bedroom and bath and the Wifi saved the day for him. We loved the neighborhood with a bakery, fruit store, grocery store, bars and restaurants. Easy to get to everything. Wonderful stay. Our host David answered our questions quickly and was very helpful. We will be back.

My sister and I spent five nights in this wonderful apartment. Beautifully updated, clean, and well located. Would definitely stay again. Note that the WiFi does not work well in the back bedroom. It was good in the living room/kitchen and front bedroom.

The location was great to be able to walk to different sites and restaurants. The apartment has lots of storage and good layout for two couples. The unit is up a set of stairs but there is an elevator to use if needed. Need to be aware that there is only a very small bar of soap to use and tiny shampoo bottles. You might need to pack more if staying longer. Only one laundry packet so if you anticipate more than one load, bring more. No towel in the kitchen to dry dishes. The apartment was very clean and the communication with the owner was very good. We would go back.
