The apartment was very clean with cold A/C! Great location and Massimo was a kind and wonderful host! We will definitely stay again when we return to Palermo!!

Host was great, flat was very nice and adequate for our needs. Good location for all p.o.i.'s. Just dont bring alot of luggage as there is no lift and alot of stairs to scale...saying that though, the host was gracious enough to help us carry our 300 lbs of luggage. Nice place and very nice host.

Tolle gemütliche Wohnung, zentrale Lage und überaus angenehmer Vermieter. Nur Lob, keinerlei Beanstandungen. Von hier aus kann man Palermo genießen.

"Heerlijk ruim appartement (alleen voor mensen die goed ter been zijn vanwege 97 traptredes!), erg schoon en prima toegerust. Goed centraal gelegen. De avonden waren koud(maart)en de verwarming werkte niet maar dat werd prima opgelost met een bijzetkacheltje. Charmante en behulpzame eigenaar. Er stonden melk, thee, koekjes, fruit, toast en koffie klaar!"

Zeer comfortabel en ruim appartement in de levendi...
Zeer comfortabel en ruim appartement in de levendige en centraalgelegen Via Maqueda, vanwaar station, markt, alle soorten winkeltjes en monumenten op korte loopafstand te bereiken zijn. Uitermate gastvrije ontvangst door Massimo en Teresa, die je verwelkomen met kleine attenties en nuttige aanwijzingen voor het verblijf in Palermo en je je meteen thuis laten voelen. Het appartement is tot in detail verzorgd en schoon, met airconditioning, verwarming en comfortabele bedden. Prettig is ook dat de keuken zo is toegerust dat je niet onmiddellijk voor alles naar de winkel hoeft. Hoewel de Via Maqueda redelijk druk is qua verkeer heb je daar binnen (op de vierde verdieping)geen last van, terwijl het op het dakterras juist prettig is je midden in het bruisende Palermo te bevinden, met altijd wat te zien. We hebben een erg leuk verblijf in Palermo gehad en het was ook heerlijk om 's avonds in het zwoele oktoberweer in de omgeving wandelingen te maken of op het terras een drankje te nuttigen. Zeer aanbevelenswaardig!

L'appartamento è molto luminoso ed aerato, pulito,...
L'appartamento è molto luminoso ed aerato, pulito, arredato con gusto, ben dotato di comfort e di attrezzature in dotazione. Inoltre, è ben posizionato nelle vicinanze di molte tra le più importanti mete culturali, turistiche e commerciali della città. Questa caratteristica mi ha permesso di soddisfare i miei interessi preferiti, Teatro Massimo in particolare, con la massima comodità. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l'ubicazione al quarto piano che garantisce un buon isolamento ambientale e offre suggestive viste della città. Il proprietario, sempre disponibilissimo e cordiale, è una fonte d'informazioni preziosissima per chi non conosce bene la città e desidera muoversi senza difficoltà ed incertezze. In sintesi, il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e soddisfacente.

l'appartamento è confortevole, pulito e con personalità. Molto vicino ai Quattro Canti, ottimo punto di partenza per la visita alla città. Buone possibilità di posteggio in strada nelle immediate vicinanze. Proprietario molto cortese e disponibile.

La mia famiglia ed io abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno a Palermo. L’appartamento è molto bello, confortevole e pulito con un arredamento curato e pratico dotato di tutte le comodità ed è molto silenzioso; ubicato in un punto strategico della città vicino al centro, ai principali luoghi di interesse culturale ed ai mezzi di trasporto Massimo il proprietario è una persona cordiale disponibile e prodigo di informazioni preziose sulla città. Ci piacerebbe ritornare ad alloggiare in questo appartamento al nostro prossimo soggiorno a Palermo

La casa si trova diretamente al centro storico di ...
La casa si trova diretamente al centro storico di Palermo e non ce assolutamente bisgono di una macchina. La stazione é vicinissima e si trovano tutti negozi neccessarie e il mercato Balarò vicino. Il apartamento é bello, grande e molto pulito. Abbiamo trovati tutti attrezi per cucinare, libri, Information turistici di Palermo, riscaldamento, tutto per una vacanza tranquila. Il propietaro e molto aperto su tutte le domande, sympaticissimo e raggungibile per qualsiasi domanda. Da consigliare.

Un appartamento molto bello, luminoso, accessoriat...
Un appartamento molto bello, luminoso, accessoriato e ben situato, dotato di due camere da letto (con aria condizionata da pagare a parte), un ampio soggiorno, bagno e cucina. Il proprietario è molto gentile ed ospitale, pieno di buoni consigli e attenzioni per i suoi ospiti (a noi sono toccati dei dolcetti tipici). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e senza intoppi, se non la quotidiana arrampicata su cinque rampe di scale, di cui l'ultima stretta e ripida. Il terrazzo risulta un po' meno ampio che sulla fotografia, ma nell'insieme comunque godibile. Consiglio senz'altro questo appartamento grande, arioso e comodo a chi vuole vivere Palermo nel suo cuore pulsante.
