2 - Suite Ficodindia with master room, double-room, living-room, bath-room, kitchenette, ensures romantic and pleasantly relaxing stay for weeks or weekends enveloping you in a dreaming welcoming and full of local colour atmosphere. The three bodies of Villa Paladino and the swimming pool, smartly standing on the ridge of a lush hill, with the ancient marble fountain full of water arum and water lily embellishing the whole, create a wonderful and amazing atmosphere in the exuberance of a nature lady of the site, full of different species of birds (we are close to Natural Reserve of Monte Catalfano) in which the majestic peregrine falcon, the rare prey bird so much loved by Federico the Second of Swabia, that nests on the rocks of Solunto, and full of innumerable species of plants too, thanks to the exceptionally mild weather and the plenty of water, in which tamarisk, oleander, pomelia, august giant strelizia, ivy. wisteria, Sicilian jasmine, azzorico, carob, olive tree, maritime pine, date palm, dwarf palm, mimosa, geranium. yucca, mangiafumo, laurel, box (tree), pitosforo, dracaena, aloe, cypress (tree), pink(-fleshed) grapefruit, and so on.
