The apartment is pretty small but worked great for our family. The location was outstanding - just a few minutes walk from Rialto and San Marco. The check-in process was very smooth. The management company booked our water taxi to and from the airport. Someone met us where the taxi dropped us off and even helped us with our luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved seeing the gondolas passing by our window...
We loved seeing the gondolas passing by our window. Spacious with room to relax after a long day of walking around Venice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Wifi worked well. Overall a great place to stay!

The apartment is beautiful. It is clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The location is fantastic- only a few minutes walk to Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s and the Accademia Bridge but in a quiet alley off the main squares. There is some noise when people are in the apartment overhead but it did not bother us. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

This suite is so cute and has a modern/luxurious feel. It has hotel like linens and a remodeled bathroom. The views from the bedrooms are both on the canal and beautiful. It was easy to get from the train station to the suite and the staff was very communicative and gave us so much information about how to navigate there with the public water taxi. You do have to cross a small bridge if you walk from the taxi boat station which was a bit difficult with our large luggage, but manageable. This property and staff were a 10/10.

The location was great! Easy to get to the best sites but also in a quiet spot. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom nice and large. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we ever get the chance to go back will stay again! Property manager was very helpful and accommodating with every question and request. Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at this property, where we visit...
We loved our stay at this property, where we visited as a family with a baby and toddler. We were close to the Grand Canal, but in a lovely and quiet part of Venice. The kids loved the canal views out of the bedroom windows and could have sat there for hours watching gondolas go by.

The pictures don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! It is so cute with a view right on a canal. It was very centrally located, close to Rialto bridge, so everything we wanted to do was walkable. Highly recommend!

Un excellent séjour à Venise
L’appartement, qui vient juste d’être rénové, est idéalement situé au centre de Venise. Il est bien équipé et meublé avec goût. La salle de bains est très belle, les lits confortables. La vue depuis les chambres sur le canal avec les gondoles qui passent est typique.
Il faudrait prévoir un peu plus de verres et couverts (6 pour 4 c’est un peu juste) et un système de fermeture plus rassurant car la porte donne sur la cour et pas mal de touristes s’y aventurent. Une fermeture avec une clé serait préférable
