Lovely apartment. AC was excellent despite the heat. Many amenities: well stocked kitchen, local recommendations and personal touches. It was a great place to return to during the scorching afternoons.

A nice flat with the amenities we needed. Good location in relation to sights and restaurants. The pictures suggested it had a canal view, but it does not. Otherwise it was great.

We are a family of three traveling with one teenager. This apartment was great for us in every way. It’s in a very charming and less touristy neighborhood where we found great restaurants. Also, communication with Daniel was great and she gave us a video that showed us exactly how to find the apartment. The apartment is very well appointed and has everything you could need for comfort. There is no view or balcony, but we really didn’t spend that much time in the apartment mostly just used it to sleep and get ready every day. It is decorated very well and it is very sweet. The beds are very comfortable.

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. Has AC, coffee makers, toaster, full kitchen...really everything you could think of. The owner Daniele was so helpful, providing suggestions for places to see and eat, and even sending someone to meet us at the water taxi so we could have an escort to the flat. The helper showed us how everything worked and even delivered a small welcome package of cookies and wine.
We felt very welcome and the location is near everything. 15-20 minute walk to Rialto Bridge, the water taxi stations, St Mark's Square - all were easy to access. Several very good restaurants within a few blocks.
We both loved our experience and hope to do another trip to Venice soon.

This apartment is around the corner from the historic Piazza of the Basilica SS Giovanni e Paolo, in a local neighborhood with everything a tourist needs. The apartment is tucked into a quiet passage with large windows and cross breezes. It is newly renovated, and has every comfort, including a cook’s kitchen, large living and dining area, and beautiful bedroom with a comfortable bed and pillows! Fast WiFi. Romantic decor. Great bathroom. AC/heat and a large fan. Daniela is a super host. I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr sauber, für 2 Personen sehr grosszügig undgut eingerichtet. Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Innerhalb weniger Minuten Fussweg gibt es sehr gute Lokale. Lage ist hervorragend, da abseits der Touristenmassen. Trotzdem ist das Zentrum und auch die Vaporetto Verbindungen sehr schnell zu Fuss erreichbar.

Amazing apartment with very kind and helpful host. The apt is right off of a water bus stop so not too much walking with your luggage. The host gave videos on exactly how to get to the apartment which was very helpful on our first day in Venice. The place was close to a lot of the sights around Venice. Hot shower available at all times. AC and a fan available. Host gave us a lot of recommendations of the area. Loved our stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

From the moment we booked our stay in Venice, communication with our host, Daniela, was seamless and reassuring. Daniela reached out to ask for our arrival time and provided clear, detailed directions from the train station to the water bus dock, making our journey stress-free. Upon arrival, her assistant, Cristina, was waiting for us and graciously walked us to the apartment.
The apartment itself was immaculate, with every corner spotless and inviting. We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen well-stocked with essentials, including water, tea, and everything needed for cooking. This thoughtful touch made us feel right at home.
Daniela and Cristina went above and beyond with their local knowledge, offering fantastic restaurant recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location of the apartment was perfect—nestled near charming local bars, shops, and the water taxi stop. It was just a short, pleasant walk to St. Mark's Square, placing us right in the heart of Venice's vibrant atmosphere.
Our stay was lively and memorable, and we highly recommend Daniela and Cristina's apartment to family and friends. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our Venice experience unforgettable.
