This was the perfect location for our trip, located in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds but close enough to get to everywhere we needed easily. The apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed (family of five). The balcony overlooking the canal is stunning.
Linda sent an incredible planning guide prior to the trip that was very helpful and the local property manager Enrica and Tommaso were very accommodating with the check in process after we encountered travel disruptions on the way.
Nothing but good things to say, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a vacation.

This apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Venice, and absolutely beautiful! We loved the canal views and the spacious interior. Our host, Linda, was very kind and helpful, as well. Really recommend this property for the location and stunning views.

The property was as described on listing and very clean and comfortable. Great location away from the crowds in San Marco but an easy walk to attractions. The balcony is a great area to enjoy coffee and wine. One of the property team, Tomasso, met us at the train station and carried our luggage to the apartment. That was above and beyond! Owner was very responsive and quickly addressed a maintenance problem at the property. Would definitely recommend this property for a great stay in beautiful Venice.

This was our third visit to Venice and first time staying in the San Polo district. The apartment was as advertised with two bedrooms, two full baths (one an ensuite), and plenty of elbow room for two adult couples. The apartment has a full kitchen for those who want to cook and a small balcony overlooking a quiet canal. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator but was not an issue for us. Check-in and check-out were a breeze with Enrica and Tomasso in contact at all times. I would definitely recommend this apartment for two couples or a family of 4 to 5.

Rental was fabulous! Close to the vaperetto and so many restaurants. Had everything we needed for cooking. Beware, there are 57 stair steps up to the apartment so keep that in mind if considering this property.

We loved this apartment. Our communication with the owners was easy and helpful. The location was great. Several excellent restaurants close by and steps to the grocery store. The view from the little balcony was great and everything was very comfortable. A very enjoyable stay in beautiful Venice.

My family stayed here in early May for 3 nights. The owner was amazing and so helpful. A bit of an issue getting in the apartment (we were traveling for 24 hours straight and no one answered our bell for 25 mins in pouring rain even though we had messaged and they were inside apartment)
Other than that, we loved the apartment, the location, the comfort, very well laid out and so thoughtfully organized. The terrace was beautiful, the neighbourhood lovely and we adored Venice. A beautiful place to stay. I would recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Often, the advertised photos and descriptions overstate the the rental’s character. We were pleased to find this place was better than expected from the VRBO site photos and description.
TWe did not expect to be spending much time on th balcony becaus it is small, but ended up enjoying wine there every day overlooking a canal intersection. Located on a very quiet side street but a one minute walk to grocery store and within two minutes to shopping, bars, pasticceria, etc.
