Wir haben eine wunderbare halbe Woche im historischen Zentrum von Venedig verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Venedig fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist funktional ausgestattet alles ist sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Beautiful property situated on the canal for remarkable views and within the heart of Venice to experience this magnificent city. Air conditioning in every room, washer/dryer, beautiful balcony area upstairs. The location provides access to Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s while also offering unique proximity and access to the city The restaurant downstairs should be promoted more as it is wonderful and welcoming and so much more than a delicious, authentic meal. Written directions and/or emailed instructions would make this stay easier. Other VRBO stays on our Italy trip provided more details with clear steps in advance and during our stay which improved our other experiences significantly.

We loved our stay in this apartment. The place was extra clean, beds were comfortable, and the shower was actually big enough for me (I am 6'5", and Italy was not built by or for tall people!). Location was perfect as well. Paola was extra attentive to our needs. It was a great overall experience!

Firstly, the apartment was impeccably clean. Loved this! It was beautifully appointed with a multitude of glass and various antiques. You can tell the apartment has been renovated and they did an exceptional job! Know that it is a walk up, two flights of stairs, though that wasn't an issue for us. The piece de resistance was the view out the front window and the activity in the canals. I could have sat and watched it all day. The gondoliers would should OE! every time they approached the corner. And lots of people would stop and take their photo at the bridge. Great people watching and a great location in the city. The four of us loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

The home was in a great location of everything. Great view of the gondolas passing by. Just an fyi you need to carry your bags 2 flights up due to no elevator but overall we enjoyed our time in Venice.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement dont la vue magnifique donne directement sur les canaux et le pont du Paradis. Nous nous sommes délectés du balai des gondoles sous les fenêtres qui a rythmé nos journées. L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier sympa à l'écart des grandes foules et avec toutes les commodités à proximité ( supermarché, boulangerie, marché). Il est tout proche de San Marco et de Rialto. Fonctionnel et propre, très bien équipé et rénové avec goût, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de ce petit coin de paradis vénitien. L'accueil de Paola a été très chaleureux : elle est venue nous chercher à notre arrivée à Rialto et a pris le temps de nous donner les informations nécessaires à notre séjour.
