Quiet hidden gem

Staying at this apartment was wonderful. Everything was clean, the renter was very accommodating, and the garden and views are lovely. I look forward to spending more time there this summer.

Séjour Coupe Davis Italie France

Très bon accueil, Stéfania est très sympathique, chaleureuse, disponible et faisant l'effort de parler français. l'appartement est très bien situé sur les hauteurs de Gênes avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. L'appartement était propre et bien équipé, le seul bémol serait les couchettes à l'étage qui sont en fait 2 canapés convertibles avec un petit matelas mousse pas très confortable. Nota : Accès difficile pour une personne handicapé (escaliers raides) Nous sommes très satisfait du séjour.

casa nel verde vicino al centro con bellissima vista sul mare

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Stefania. Viaggiavamo in cinque con 3 bambini. La casa è vicina al centro, ma lontana dal rumure con una vista bellissima sul mare. Stefania è molto disponibile e simpatica. Consigliamo quest'indirizzo!

EXCELLENT PLACE AND EVEN BETTER HOST

Our experience at Stefania’s condo was nothing but amazing!!! The location, with a great view of the city makes it even more inviting. Extremely clean and plenty of linen and towels for a 4+ day-stay. Easy access to public & private transportation. Genoa is an enchanting city with lots of history that refers to medieval times of the 16th century and Baroque. Stefania was the perfect host. Very accommodating and always helpful. Thanks to her we learned the transportation system and discovered many historic sites, which made our stay more enjoyable. We’d definitely recommend La Appartamento Nel Verde!

Inoubliable!

Petit paradis ligurien, la maison domine Gênes dans un environnement bucolique et très calme. Pour les amoureux de la campagne à la ville, je recommande vivement cette location. L'intérieur est très propre, décoré avec soin et tout le confort est prévu. On se sent chez Stéfania comme à la maison. Et que dire de notre hôte? Personne accueillante, d'une incroyable gentillesse et pétrie d'attentions envers ses locataires, en particulier nos enfants de 5 et 7 ans. Ils souhaitent revenir l'année prochaine, c'est dire!!!!

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé sur les hauteurs de Gênes. Il est très grand et très bien équipé: il y a tout le confort qu'il faut et Stefania est très sympathique. Quand à Gênes c'est une magnifique immense ville. Ce fut de superbes vacances et nous en garderons de bons et beaux souvenirs. Merci encore à Stefania.

Lovely accommodation in a peaceful neighbourhood and great accessibility

Very good location in a quiet area with a view on the sea. The Place is accessible directly by bus from Brignole Station. The bus stop is just two minutes from the apartment. You can get to the beach by public transport or you can take a walk, which surprisingly doesn't take so much time. It is a good starting point for hiking as well. The owner Stefania is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!!!

Ideal location for exploring Genova and Ligurian coast

This peaceful apartment is the ideal base if you wish to explore Genova and Liguria. Having enjoyed the bustle of the city you can sit up on the hillside in the garden and enjoy the birdsong and the quiet. The neighbourhood is one of residents not tourists. Stafania is an extremely helpful landlady and full of local information. The apartment is kept extremely clean and well equipped if you wish to cook. I will be returning! And yes there are delightful tortoises in the garden too.

Pasqua e pasquetta

Ottima posizione tranquilla con bella vista mare. Centro raggiungibile in pochi minuti di automobile. Appartamento pulito, accessoriato di ogni cosa potesse servire, spazi esterni dove regna la pace. Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque persone (2 adulti e tre bambini) a un prezzo ragionevolissimo, vista la dotazione dell'appartamento. Proprietaria Sig ra Stefania molto gentile e disponibilissima. Ottimo x visitare qualche giorno Genova e dintorni.
