It is 5 minutes by car from the 'Le Befane' shopping center. There is a bar and a rotisserie down the street. A bakery around the corner. Neighbors also hairdresser, laundry, piadinerie, beautician, butcher and greengrocer. Various restaurants and pizzerias. Very close to the subway (Metromare). The closest stops are: Toscanini 2 minutes walking and Bellariva 3 minutes walking. But the buses are also very close. A 5 minute drive to the Centro Studi stop of the shuttle to the Bologna airport. 10 minutes by car from Rimini airport. 5 minutes by car to the hospital. Parking is free under the house. We are a family of 4. Our beloved dog Bruno lives with us, but there will be barriers if you don't want contacts with him. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well furnished, we wish it to be left in the order and cleanliness conditions in which it is located. Please have respect for things and objects in the home. We love educated and respectful people. Cleaning and clean linen only on entry. Then the guest will have to provide for himself.
