What a lovely place, our host couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful. Taking daily trips to Rome could get a bit tiring but well worth it for such a nice stay. Couldn’t recommend more

We loved staying here. It was walkable to dining , shopping and the main attractions. It was clean, the bed was comfy and the rooftop terrace was enjoyable.
The best part was Giusy, the owner. She is fantastic! She is friendly, sweet, helpful and just a wonderful person. She makes you feel like you are family.
Definately need stay here!

Giusy’s place was clean, comfortable and convenien...
Giusy’s place was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Parking in nearby lots was easy and the train station was a 10-minute walk maybe. The kitchen’s well-equipped and the living room comfortable. We felt right at home. Giusy was both friendly and helpful. She left lots of information about the area for us—and baked us a cake and left fresh flowers. She had plenty of restaurant suggestions and we even found one just down the hill—Avec 55. We would absolutely stay with Giusy again. We really enjoyed our Tivoli stay in her delightful home.

Giusy und ihre Ferienwohnung sind ein Traum. Geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist toll und die Gastgeberin ist ein Schatz, immer hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Impressive Attention to Detail!
Giusy's property is an exceptional testament to thoughtfulness and intention. She has created a space that is both comfortable and well decorated in her own style. Tivoli is a hill side town about 30 to 40 minutes by train from Rome where you can comfortably rest and experience the smaller community and style of Italian village life.
Giusy helped us with directions and advice as well as where to park our car. Her hospitality and attention to detail was greatly appreciated.
And of course we were able to cook meals and use her awesome kitchen which was well appointed! Thank You Giusy for going above and beyond and for making us feel welcome.
