This is an Embassy area with both tourist and citizen, there are many restaurants since it is also a business area. it is a quiet yet central area well connected a few minutes away from Termini Station, Rome's main transport hub, is located within close reach of the monumental baths of Diocletian, the National Archaeological Museum, and downtown shopping areas such as via Nazionale, via del Tritone and via Veneto.
You will have both subway lines nearby (5 and 10 minutes walking) and many buses stops. Also the touristic bus lines starts all at Termini station.

from Fiumicino Airport you do have many possibilities: - reserve a private transfer a person would wait for you at the airport to come directly at my place it could take around 40 minutes depending on the traffic jam - take a taxi outside the arrival gate at rate of 48 euro, once you got a car the ride course would take the same time (40 minutes) - take the train Leonardo Express 14 € per person it goes any 30 minutes and it last around 30 minutes - take a bus to Termini Station 8 € per person it last around 1,5 hour both the last case than you can arrive directly by feet walking 8- 10 minutes 800 mt, exit trough the right gallery on via Marsala, turn left and walk ahead in via Volturno until you cross Via Montebello, there turn right up to number 104
